Jiangsu New Hongda Group (NHD) proudly reflects on our impressive intellectual property achievements in 2024. During the last year, we’ve successfully submitted 24 invention patents and 13 utility model patents, received approval by China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) for 8 invention patents and 5 utility models, adding to our robust portfolio. Currently, NHD holds an impressive 252 active patents, comprising 41 invention patents, 2 design patents, and 209 utility models. Notably, since our first recognition in 2008, we have consistently maintained our status as a National High-Tech Enterprise, passing stringent reviews in 2011, 2014, 2017, 2020, and most recently in 2023, marking 16 consecutive years of excellence in innovation.
In 2024, we are pleased to present eight newly authorized patents, each demonstrating significant advancements in welding automation, filtration technology, and equipment for mining and chemical applications. The first, an “Automatic Welding Device for Flange Plates” (Patent No.: ZL 2024 1 0101491.2), invented by Gaozhuangming and Xu Jianhua, specifically enhances efficiency and precision in welding operations. Filed on January 25, 2024, it was officially authorized on March 26, 2024 (Authorization No.: CN 117620509 B). The second patent, “Circular Mesh Welding Positioning Device” (Patent No.: ZL 2024 1 0107986.6), developed by Gaozhuangming and Zhu Xiaoyong, provides improved alignment and productivity in circular mesh welding processes. It was filed on January 26, 2024, and approved on March 22, 2024 (Authorization No.: CN 117620588 B). The third patent, “Residual Filter Cake Cleaning Device for Filter Cloth” (Patent No.: ZL 2019 1 1101045.7), by Chen Aimin, Zhou Feng, and Wu Xuerong, significantly enhances filtration cleaning efficiency. Submitted on November 12, 2019, it received authorization on August 16, 2024 (Authorization No.: CN 110665292 B). Lastly in this group, the “The Brush-Type Scrubber” (Patent No.: ZL 2018 1 0829868.0), developed by Chen Aimin and Kong Lingliang, enhances contaminant removal efficiency for industrial gas purification applications.Filed on July 25, 2018, it was authorized on April 19, 2024 (Authorization No.: CN 108786385 B).
Continuing our innovative endeavors, our fifth patent, the “Auxiliary Drive Device for Stirring Rods” (Patent No.: ZL 2017 1 0834679.8) by Chen Aimin, facilitates better mixing efficiency in chemical processes. Filed on September 15, 2017, it achieved official authorization on March 12, 2024 (Authorization No.: CN 107398229 B). The sixth patent, a “Wastewater Filtering and Concentration Machine” (Patent No.: ZL 2019 1 0667548.4) developed by Chen Aimin, enhances wastewater treatment and recycling efficiency in solid-liquid separation. It was applied for on July 23, 2019, and granted authorization on June 18, 2024 (Authorization No.: CN 110327685 B). Our seventh patent, “Temperature Maintenance and Feeding Device for Fiberglass-Reinforced Plastic Pellets” (Patent No.: ZL 2018 1 1102972.6), by Chen Aimin, Tang Liang, and Chen Jiuchun, optimizes thermally insulated conveying during the feeding process to ensure continuous operation of high-temperature processes. Filed on September 20, 2018, it received approval on August 6, 2024 (Authorization No.: CN 109016230 B). Lastly, the eighth patent, “Chain Crusher’s Crushing Chamber and Ring-Link Connection Structure” (Patent No.: ZL 2022 1 0984663.6), by Chen Aimin and Ni Jiancheng, significantly improves crushing efficiency in chemical processing operations. Filed on August 17, 2022, it was officially authorized on March 12, 2024 (Authorization No.: CN 115415016 B).
