HDCWY series of Super Pressure Horizontal Plate Filter Press developed by NHD is an improved version of the conventional chamber diaphragm filter press. This new type of filtration equipment eliminates the traditional diaphragm pressing process and instead uses an air back-blow pressing and drying method. It is equipped with PLC automatic control, double-sided filtration, dark flow discharge of filtrate, and sequential plate separation for cake removal. The HDCWY series offers a complete dehydration process, including feeding, pressing, and drying.

Filtrate Channel Purging Technology: This technology addresses the issue of residual filtrate dripping from the filtrate channels when the filter plates are separated for cake discharge. It further improves the filtrate recovery rate and reduces the moisture content of the filter cake.
Filter Cloth Technology for Preventing External Seepage and Internal Leakage: Specifically designed for the new type of horizontal filter press with cake washing and air-drying functions, this technology resolves the problem of slurry filtrate, wash water, or compressed air seeping outside the filter plate chambers during feeding, reverse washing, and air purging. It also prevents the short-circuiting of wash water or compressed air within the filter plate chambers at the feed ports and support protrusions, thereby enhancing filtration performance and reducing various consumptions.

Greater Adaptability: Effective filtration can be achieved under conditions such as low abrasiveness, fine particle size, high altitude, and low solid content in the slurry.
Lower Cake Moisture Content: The drawbacks of locally damp filter cakes and air-drying short circuits caused by central feeding are eliminated. Equipped with a filtrate channel purging function, it reduces dripping. Under the same filtration conditions, the moisture content of the filter cake can be reduced by 30 to 50% compared with conventional chamber filter presses and by 15 to 20% compared with chamber diaphragm filter presses. The filtrate recovery rate after solid-liquid separation is high. The filter cake significantly reduces subsequent drying energy consumption, substantially decreases the filter cake volume, and lowers the transportation cost of the filter cake.

With fewer diaphragm-related issues, the filter cloth can be regenerated with minimal water consumption online, resulting in less scaling and blockage, and a longer service life. The production capacity of the same filtration area can reach 1.5 to 2 times that of conventional presses.
Higher Level of Intelligent Automation: It features real-time dynamic weighing for feeding and dewatering. The filtration process parameters and working cycle procedures are adjusted and controlled by a touch screen display and PLC.
