Features of tube-trough acid distributor as following:

Acid distributing is not less than 42 points/m². It has a high distributing density and can distribute evenly, which increases moisture rate and mass transfer; (Points can be designed according to requirements.)
Overflow downcomers distribute evenly; gas flow is difficult to form short pass, reducing entrained mist;
Made of HD-1 alloy, high corrosion resistance without anodic protection, the service life can be above 10 years;
Since it is made of alloy, it will be easy for welding and assembling;
The distributor is designed by experts of institute with good structure, which is convenient for revamping of old plants;
The distributor is difficult to be blocked and working condition can be viewed.
