Recently, the 84-square-meter belt vacuum filter designed and manufactured by NHD was successfully commissioned at DAP-VINACHEM, Vietnam’s national phosphate fertilizer plant. Following a 72-hour continuous performance test, the system met all design requirements for washing efficiency and pH levels, and passed final acceptance in a single trial.
DAP-VINACHEM is Vietnam’s largest producer of diammonium phosphate (DAP), accounting forapproximately 40% of the country’s total production capacity. As a state-owned enterprise, the company officially began operations in 2009, marking a key milestone in Vietnam’s transition from DAP imports to domestic production.
NHD advanced filtration system will now support cleaner DAP production at DAP-VINACHEM—helping the country address phosphogypsum treatment and environmental protection while improving its self-sufficiency in fertilizer manufacturing. This milestone represents another step forward for NHD in promoting sustainable industrial development in Southeast Asia.
