Tube-Trough Acid Distributor is made of high silicon austenitic stainless steel HD-1, which is jointly researched and developed by New Hongda and National Institute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Science (IMR). The quality is as good as international level, but the price is only one third of importing ones. The distributors have been successfully used in lots of sulfuric acid plants in China.

Features of tube-trough acid distributor as following:

Acid distributing is not less than 42 points/m². It has a high distributing density and can distribute evenly, which increases moisture rate and mass transfer; (Points can be designed according to requirements.)
Overflow downcomers distribute evenly; gas flow is difficult to form short pass, reducing entrained mist;
Made of HD-1 alloy, high corrosion resistance without anodic protection, the service life can be above 10 years;
Since it is made of alloy, it will be easy for welding and assembling;
The distributor is designed by experts of institute with good structure, which is convenient for revamping of old plants;
The distributor is difficult to be blocked and working condition can be viewed.
